Matthew Carullo is a proud Tampa native who grew up on Lake Sunset in Odessa. Watching the Tampa Bay Area evolve over the years has given him a deep appreciation for its growth, charm, and long-term value. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing.

For over 15 years, Matthew served as Director of Marketing and Administration at a flight simulation and pilot training company, leading operations, branding, and customer experience initiatives. His passion for real estate began in 2007 when he purchased his first home in Odessa. Since then, he’s bought five homes of his own and now truly understands how invaluable it is to have a trusted Realtor by your side.

Driven by that experience, Matthew joined Noble Star Realty for its client-focused mission and innovative services—especially the “List With Us – We Pay For Your Move” program, which eases the stress of relocation by helping cover moving costs.

Matthew now lives in Land O’ Lakes with his two sons, Brycen and Matthew. When he's not helping clients, you’ll find him coaching youth baseball, golfing with friends, or out on the water making memories with his boys. He’s passionate about family, community, and helping others find a place to put down roots.
