Our Move Reimbursement Program is designed to take the financial sting out of moving when you sell your home with Noble Star Realty.
- When you sell or "sell and purchase" a home with Noble Star Realty (meeting program price requirements), you may qualify to have some or all of your moving costs reimbursed.
- Once you are under contract, you’ll complete a single Move Quote Request form, choose which affiliated movers you’d like quotes from (or select all), and your details are sent directly to those companies.
- Each mover reviews your inventory, provides a quote, and you select the one that best fits your timing, service level, and budget.
- After closing and a completed move with a participating mover, we use a portion of our commission to reimburse your moving expense, up to your program limit — our way of saying thank you for working with Noble Star Realty.
